On Tuesday, Jonas made a special visit to the hospital where he was born to lend a bit of star power and attend a dedication ceremony for the Casa Grande Regional Medical Center’s remodeled pediatric nursery.
Jonas, through his family’s nonprofit organization Change for the Children, donated $10,000 to Casa Grande Regional Medical Center, enabling the hospital to buy equipment and update its newborn nursery. During the dedication ceremony, the nursery was officially dubbed the Joe Jonas Nursery.
“I’ve never had anything like this named after me,” Jonas told a crowd of about 50 people who gathered for a ribbon-cutting and dedication ceremony at the hospital.
